Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used or worn.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

Damaged or defective products
Incorrect items received
Size exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise informed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
After delivery, you may request a return if your order meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
